How your application works here

Even though an application is always a similar process, we think our methode stands out from the rest…

1. find the right position
Choose a suitable position from the job descriptions above. Do the job descriptions not exactly fit your requirement profile or do you think that you can help us in other areas? Then simply contact us! We are always looking for motivated employees and will try to find a suitable task for you.
2. send your application
Next, upload your application documents (informative cover letter, curriculum vitae in table form, relevant references) on our job portal or send them to us at karriere@blackwave.de. You will hear back from us within one week.
3. personal interview
After an initial telephone conversation, we would like to quickly get to know you personally and invite you to visit us. The questions are both technical and personal in nature. Depending on the position, a trial day in production may also be added.
4. pizza and beer
While other companies often just ask if you would like to have a beer with the applicant, we make it simple. We want to get to know you in a casual atmosphere over a beer, pizza or burger, just as you are. This is about finding out if we work together as a team.
5. work start
By the end of the application process, you should have gained a good impression of us. We expect you to make a measurable contribution to the success of our company. Many challenges await you, which you will tackle together as part of Blackwave. We will train you as quickly as possible, set common goals and support you in achieving them.
